My son needed a new strap for his saxophone, and this one came very quickly. He said it feels more comfortable than the one he originally had, so that is more than we were hoping for!

A simple, functional yet comfortable neck strap for the sax. It has a hook snap that closes (helps prevent accidentally unhooking the sax from the neck strap). The plastic snap is also on a swivel which is necessary for comfortable movement. The nylon strap is strong, and the velour neck pad is comfortable. I ordered the 'tall' size so that it would work both with my alto and tenor saxophones.

Bought this for my daughter to use with her saxophone because the strap that came with her new saxophone was not padded. She loves this. Has a fur padding and adjustable strap.

I got the regular size for my middle school kid. They're 5'2" tall and play alto sax. There is enough material to grow with them for several years. The neck portion is soft and padded. The strap seems is tough material and adjustment is easy. While I would prefer a metal clip for durability, the plastic seems sturdy and won't scratch the instrument.

Great instrument for the price. My son is in the 7th grade and wanted try his hands at band this year. He loved the saxophone out of the box - absolutely gorgeous! Shiny with beautiful design markings and came with everything needed to start playing. After about two weeks of playing, some notes started to sound off and hard to blow out. Took it for a maintenance check - screws and pads just needed a little adjusting, which I was told was common with newly bought instruments, especially the less expensive student brands like this one. It has played perfect ever since and my son absolutely loves it. We've nick-named him Smooth Jazz! The instrument repairman said it will need this type of maintenance throughout the life of it from time to time, depending how much it is being used. It will last him well through out high school with care and maintenance. We're pleased with it... Very good buy for a 12 year old just starting out in band!

I got this for my first year in college marching band and it worked great. Super comfortable and the cloth didn’t absorb sweat and smell. Didn’t fray or break.

This item was for my young son who just started to learn to play, and it's very handy and comfy. As the sax can be quite heavy, it's good to have a well padded strap for my boy (only 8 yrs old) to do not hurt his neck while playing. The strap is adaptable and the padding covers a good length. The hook seems strong enough to hold the instrument.

This neck strap is the best for young band players because it is soft on the neck. It is thicker than the neoprene ones which are thinner but tend to irritate the skin especially if you have sensitive skin. This one is so soft and comfortable I have had 3 band students use this exact style but each had their own. 5 stars from this family!

Great sax sling and unlike the more expensive neoprene variety, this one doesn’t stretch.
