Simple product, difficult to use." Does not come with English instruction which would have been helpful. My wife ships many items in her business, this tool is to difficult to use. I can confirm it will bond 1/2" poly strapping not very strong. This is a $65.00 tool vs the real strapping tool costing $2800.00.

It works but it takes a long time to melt the strap 3min on each area is way to long especially when you have to hold it by hand and squeeze and hold each time.
