A. Very nice safe very strong and sturdy it is also a little heavy. It came earlier than expected only one day. It also has a few different ways to lock the safe. I would be happy to tell everyone this is a good deal.

This not a fire proof or water proof as said in describing

This safe has plenty of room for what I intend to use it for, which is excess medications, small valuables, and important paperwork. It is small enough to fit in the cabinet of my entertainment center and be out of sight but still a good size. It includes keys, a battery pack (no batteries) to use in case your batteries die, and the hardware to bolt it down. I haven’t done that yet. You will need AA batteries to set up the pin pad. It was very simple to program, and it will be very simple to reset the code if I ever need to. I also love the fact that it’s available in pink. It’s an unimportant detail in the grand scheme of things but I appreciate it. It is a great alternative to what I could find in stores around me. All I could find were large safes that cost over $300 and that’s just not what I needed. When I bought this one it was under $100.

Bigger than appears

This is a case of you get what you pay for. Its not fireproof but is fire resistant. The features are all solid like the button pad, locking mechanism and door and hinges. The body is just steel, no insulation or anything.

Not sure how it’s been going to be fireproof considering it has these pretty decent size holes in the back and bottle for bolting.. first it will be a mini oven till the oxygen lets that heat catch fire.. so then I ordered “used like new” for half the price and it has a giant chip on the front.. other than that it’s fine but i’m definitely buying a name brand fire box for actual documents and actual fireproofing. This is great size for valuables though and it’s always half price which usually works out 🤨

Material: Metal Alloy with plastic tray inside. It comes with the key ring mounted to the handle. My shaky old hands had a difficult time removing the ring from the handle. I was about to reach for side cutters when I finally got the ring off. That may not be a problem for most folks, but some folks may need help. I thought I should point that out. Both keys work smoothly. When the lid is down and locked, it is not completely snug. The lid moves (just a bit) up and down and to the sides. I would expect a fireproof box to be completely sealed (a snug lid with no movement). I am not going to test the fireproof claim; however, I believe it will work to some degree. There are no handles on the inside plastic tray. If the tray is filled with coins, it is somewhat heavy and is a bit difficult to remove. I find this box is ideal for storing my left-over change. I had been using a cashew tin and a plastic yogurt container. This box has replaced them. I had just enough coins ($2, $1, 25-cents, 10-cents, and 5-cents) to fill the top tray. I guess it is now time for me to roll them and take them to the bank. This safe box is not just for money. It can be used to store jewelry, passports, trinkets, (whatever you can fit in). When locked, I believe it could be opened quite easily with a drill. It gets 4-Stars from me. I encourage shoppers to shop around and look for the best price they can find. I believe most shoppers today are savvy and are doing just that. I will update this review if I have any problems with this product.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this cash box, but when it arrived I was happy with the product. It did arrive in the manufacturers box, and was packaged well. I pulled out yhe metal box and the keys are attached to the handle. I could not get the ring off of the handle, so I first removed the keys from the ring and then I was able to better get the ring off the handle. That was my experience, you may be able to do it pretty easily, I just had troubles. Once I got the keys off and put them in the lock, it was nice and smooth, there was no issues of it binding or not turning. It doesn't matter what way you put the key in, it goes in both ways. I thought that was convenient since you don't have to think about whichway the key goes in. I was happy with the actual lock mechanism that goes up inside, it's rather solid. I thought it was a good size it's not just a small cam that's stops it from opening. It's good that it does come with two keys and again they both opened the lock real smooth. When I first looked at the size of the box, I thought that the bills would be too wide, but there's plenty of room (you can see in the video) you'll see that the bills in the bottom fit in with plenty of room. I also included a photo of the coin that shows how much you can put in each one. I was actually pleasantly surprised how much actually fit in the slots. I did especially like the fact that the five spaces had a bit of a curve so it was easy to remove the coins, just kind of like a cash register (as it were). Overall I was quite happy with the product! I will be using it to sell my caramel popcorn I make. I recently sold some and had a little baggie and it just wasn't very convenient so I'm happy to actually have this and it keeps it a little more straight with making change and much less cumbersome. If you're thinking about getting a small metal cashbox say just for a garage sales or have items that you sell it'll be nice to have in my opinion! For the price point I thought it was a good buy!

Not the worse quality but definitely not the quality implied in description, definitely not fireproof for instance as the lid and its hinges move to much even when locked so air can certainly get in and if air can get in so can fire and more air to feed the fire. Box could probably be open by smashing with a hammer. Lock and keys work well enough, might be a deterrent but would not keep genuine valuables if box is in plain view, easily accessible or not being closely monitored.

I needed a smaller sized box to hold some money and a few other important items, and this safe box seemed to meet the requirement. The box is an all metal construction, the top lid is spot welded to the bottom and the top handle is attached by screws. The change tray is removable and is made of plastic. The finish is a gloss black, with a chrome handle and lock. The construction feels solid enough for what it is, the lock and box design would be good enough to keep out children, but any adult could open the box without much effort. I was able to fit about 100 dollars in change and quite a few bills into the box and be able to close it. If you need a small box to hold some items with a lid that can reliable stay closed, then this would be a good solution.

This is a reasonable cash box. It's very simple, but seems pretty secure. There are two keys included, but the lock is pretty stiff. It's tough to get the key in and turn it - we'll see if it loosens up over time. The lock is generic, so it'd probably be pretty easily to replace if needed. The box's footprint is pretty smaller. Certainly smaller than your standard cash register drawer. Inside there's a small plastic tray for holding coins. There are six slots in the tray, two rows of three slots. The slots are larger in the centre (good for Loonies and Toonies) with four smaller ones around the outside (for quarters, dimes, nickels and ... I guess pennies? Maybe the manufacturer didn't get the memo). Bills can easily sit flat under the tray, but there's nothing included for organizing those. You're on your own on that front.
