I'm a novice in the world of EVA craft foam, but i do know that trying to piece together 2 or 4 smaller pieces to make a background or a frame for anything is about twice (or four times) as hard as doing it from one piece of material. If you have a project that requires a big piece of foam - as a background, or especially as a frame--chances are very good that this pack will be the solution to your situation. As shown in the picture, there are 12 sheets; each color has 1 sheet, and there are 2 sheets of white. As mentioned in another review, there is a strong (and fairly unpleasant) odor when you first open the package, but once i took all the sheets out of the package and flapped them around for 10 seconds or so, i didn't smell it anymore.
