Highly recommended for back pain
This massager is great for my lower back. I been having pain for last few months and tried many different option. This has been an amazing find for me, I'm not fixed but feel a lot of relief. really helped and for the price I paid for product it is well spend.

Stopped working after one use — won’t run while plugged in and support didn’t answer
I wanted this to work, but the charging system on the SmoothSpine Multi Therapy Pro is unreliable. When I first plugged it in, the battery icon just pulsed for hours, and the unit wouldn’t turn on. It eventually powered up, but it would not operate while connected to the outlet — it only worked when unplugged, and even then, the battery lasted about 15 minutes before the device shut off and went back to the blinking battery icon. I tried different chargers and cables with no improvement. I also called SmoothSpine’s support number, waited about 15 minutes, and the system said no agents were available. Between the charging failure and the lack of support, I’m returning it and won’t be buying from SmoothSpine again. Hopefully this helps others avoid the same experience

Great Relief After a Long Day
I’m really happy with this back massager. The combination of heat and massage feels very relaxing, especially after a long day. It’s easy to use and provides a soothing feeling for my lower back. The EMS feature is a nice addition, and I like being able to adjust the settings based on what feels comfortable. Overall, it’s a convenient product for relaxing and getting some relief at home.

Junk Don't purchase!
Purchased this unit in March of 2026 and have had charging issues ever since until today and it quit charging, not worth the $365 I paid for it! Junk don't buy!

This is perfect for stretching my back while sitting on the chair for long time for work. It really helps.

Nonexistent customer service for the product that does not work as advertised.
Do not buy this product. It does not work as advertised and the company will not issue a return authorization after repeated emails to customer support.
