A: They are crispy on the outside and softer in the middle.  Our baked cookies should be eaten and enjoyed as soon as they are delivered or frozen immediately.  We do not use preservatives; they have a short shelf life.

I first came across Jacques Torres while in New York at the Chelsea Market. There's something special about his cookies, the chocolate and the texture. As much as I love giant, moist or crispy and thin chocolate chip cookies... this is a good in-between! But if you love chocolate chip cookies, you should give these a try!
