USA Pan Bakeware Square Cake Pan, 8 inch, Nonstick & Quick Release Coating from Aluminized Steel

A great pan that is non stick, versatile, slightly finicky to clean due to its folds etc. Value for money is spot on. When I started off baking I did not know what utensils to use. So the cheaper ones on Amazon including the Amazon brand seemed viable. But it is a scam. Most of the products' paint peeled off, were not really non stick and eventually rusted. USA pan really delivered on a quality product and I will definitely invest in their products more from here on.

Happy to have got this at a good price. (Bought this some 6 months back almost at the same price as that of the original, sold in foreign countries). The brand USA PAN, I believe, is the best one out there for baking utensils. This pan makes baking a breaze. Im a fan of the brand and happy thats its available here in India too. I use this to bake brownies and they come out baked to perfection.

I purchased the pan recently. The pan is heavy and has sharp edges. The bakes come out easily. It is very easy to clean and maintain. It is very good for baking cakes and bread rolls. I highly recommend it. It is a very good product.

Initially I was skeptical whether I have to invest a whopping 1.6k on a baking tray while I can get the same for about 400 bucks and was contemplating for a long time before I bought this one. But after a couple of bakes I know this is worth every penny. The brownies came out neat even without having to use a baking paper underneath I very impressed The tray was also packed really well by the seller and dispatched without any dents by amazon This has to be taken care of well while cleaning and no sharp objects should be used otherwise it will tamper the coating

This pan is strong, heavy and sturdy. This is the first pan I am using from this brand and I am very happy with its quality.

I bought this pan mainly for brownies, and it’s been working really well for me so far. I usually bake about 0.6 inch (1.5 cm) thick brownie batter at 350°F for 28 minutes, and that gives me a nice fudgy texture with cooked edges and no raw center. The pan heats evenly and I haven’t had issues with hot spots or burning. Size: The size is perfect for my small-batch baking. I cut the brownies into about 2.6 inch squares and get 9 pieces from one batch. Baking & cleanup: I line the bottom with parchment paper. The base of the pan has a wavy design, but the pattern on the bottom of my brownies is very subtle. You can barely see it and it doesn’t change the texture at all. The nonstick works well and cleanup is very easy, usually just a quick wash with a soft sponge. Value for money: For the price, I think this pan is a good value. It feels light but not flimsy, bakes evenly, and saves me time on cleanup. For anyone who likes making small batches of brownies or other desserts, I’d happily recommend it and would buy it again.

I have several different pans by USA and love them all. This 8X8 pan is so perfect for smaller baking products. I have used USA Pans for several years now and can't run my kitchen without them. The weight of the pan is very pleasurable as I know that my baked goods are not going to burn. Just a quick spritz with a good cooking spray is all that is needed, no greasing and flouring here. I have NEVER had an item stick. The pan has a slick coating on the aluminum that releases all baked goods as clean as you please. I don't submerge the pans in the dishwater (never, never, never place in the dishwasher) and with the dish sponge make certain that the pan is totally clean and then wipe completely dry. I also let this sit out on the counter for an hour just to be certain that it is totally dry before putting away. If you purchase a pan, you will notice that the corners are folded like a gift wrapped package and the edges are rolled under. Water can be trapped in these creases and could rust. All of my USA Pans look like new and continue to turn out evenly browned, beautifully baked items. I don't use metal utensils when removing food and stack carefully when storing. Now altogether this may sound like a lot of extra work but it really isn't as it just comes second nature to me now. Three minutes of extra care and always having really great pans is time well spent. The USA brand is possibly a little more expensive that another type of metal bake-ware but it is so worth the extra cost as they will last for years and years with proper care.
