My kid uses this for workouts and to keep weight on him with his active life. It does what it is suppose to do. It took his stomach a couple times to get use to it but after that it was good. It is a great size and dissolves easily. I think you are getting a good value for the money. It does have a little taste. We put it with bcaas that has flavor. Please like.

I bought this as my early morning weight training was flat, just didn’t have the fuel on an empty stomach. This is perfect for keeping my blood sugar/energy going. Nice, smooth, clean energy. Total difference. I got unflavored which I blend with Gatorade zero, can’t even tell it’s in there taste wise! I don’t like waking up, eating an running to the gym. This fills the void really well!

Works perfect, digests easy, mixes easy, no flavor so can be mixed with my intraworkout aminos or just juice or put in my protein shakes. No carb bloat or crash from spiked glucose, no GI discomfort that comes for me with many other carb sources. Only wish I could get a discount on more as its quite expensive. Well worth it and reordered still!

Those reading, I use this as an intra-workout supplement and pair it with either flavored BCCAA or EAA, or even a Liquid IV for more added hydration.
