No replacement all scam
This is a scam. When I used it at home first time it gave wrong readings. Tried again and again all wrong. Called their customer service they asked to take a picture of the strip and send it done. They saw and said that the strip is spoilt due to moisture. I told her I just got it. She said sorry it's spoilt. So I asked her to send me a replacement she said no and that I have to buy new strips. I told her what if I buy and the ones u send u say are also bad then again I have to buy. This is a scam. A bad product.

Actually the product is not suitable for my monitor system so I chose to return it the customer care person has handled it very well best experience they have responded to quickly and initiated the refund too the five star rating is for the customer care team
