I really like the idea of this, and I could feel a difference right away.My only complaint is it wasn't very comfortable under my arms. I messed around with the straps and put the extra padding under my arms. It was more comfortable, but too bulky to put my arms at my sides comfortably.I will keep working with it to see if I can find a better position.***So, I edited this review after learning I did not have it on correctly!
