As I got older, I noticed that in the morning I would wake up with my neck and arm hurting. Sometimes my hip. I've tried a couple different things and they didn't work. These work. After about a week of taking them I started feeling better. They helped with the pain. They are not as expensive as the other stuff I had been taking.

Good value, but hard to swallow.
I'm not sure what makes this triple strength since there is no Daily Value established for glucosamine or MSM. They are the best value I could find when comparing the ingredients and price. The pills are larger than the previous brand I had (same strength) and the pills have an edge, which makes them a little harder to swallow. If they remain the best value when I need more, I'll buy them again.

These are the real deal
"Nature Made TripleFlex, Glucosamine Chondroitin and MSM " The price is great and the time stamp on each bottle was 2 1/2 years in the future! The only difference between these and the original ( that I used for 20 years ) is that vitamin D was added. Note that for me this formulation does help my joints - they do not hurt as much and my knuckles are not as swollen.
