I made a small fold-down shelf. The brackets are heavy, sturdy and strong. What I especially like is the tab that makes lowering the shelf so easy. Work as intended. I’m using it for a shelf that doesn’t get a lot of weight, so i don’t know what it’s load limit is, but it appears to be quite sturdy. One star reserved to see if it holds up (pun intended)
