I got a FM antenna, it this can work for it?

Yes, it can work for a FM antenna. but in actual use, the signal might slightly lost due to the quality or length of the wire.

We need to reduce the snr on our tv with a cable card by 2 to 7 db. will this splitter work for that?

Sorry I don’t know. I just used it to hook up 3 TVs. The box in our rv never worked so I just hooked this up and ran cable to each tv. Works great!
