The instructions say to make sure that you flush it out after use. I didn't and it froze up and I couldn't move the handle to move the inside parts. I soaked the main pump section in a 5 gal bucket of warm water and after about 10 minutes the insides could move and I could pump fuel with it again.

Works great only complaint when you tighen it to tight it loosens i know this is a issue with tighening plastics but it works great and will buy again when i need another pump

Lasted less than a year with about 10 uses in a drum of brake cleaner. Pump came apart and jammed up the lever. So dont use with brake cleaner.

They are very good. However, they DO NOT fit a plastic 55 gallon drum.

This pump will not fit that blue barrel you got for water storage... Or will it...? Cut that top edge down and it will tread. Your bung will be a little loose... Tape it up! This pump is threaded for 55gal steel drums, not 55gal plastic barrels, the threading is too small to fit in the 2” bung on a 55gal plastic barrel. I bought this based on the product images showing the pump threaded on a 55gal plastic barrel and was disappointed to find out the threading is too small. The packaging my pump arrived in was also poorly packaged with the hardware to attack the primer handle floating around loosely in the box (nuts, washers, machine screws). I also had a pack again sticker clearly labeled to apply to the package for marketing randomly thrown inside the packaging. Overall disappointed with this product. Regarding build quality, the plastic quality feels good and the pump has good suction and lift but I have concerns about the longevity of the telescoping pipe that goes down into the drum, the seal on the telescoping portion does not feel like it would last more than a few seasons of use (it is a rubber bushing to form a seal on the telescoping pipe section). Overall I am going to keep the pump as I do have a few 55gal steel drums I can use it with, but I am deeply disappointed that the product photos show use with a 55gal plastic drum but the actual product does not fit or come with an adapter to thread into a 2” bung.

I USE THIS PUMP AT A FULL-SERVICE CAR WASH TO PUMP TIRE SHINE INTO OUR PNEUMATIC SPRAY GUN CANISTERS. I HAVE PUMPED 351 GALLONS SO FAR WITH THIS PUMP AND IT WORKS FLAWLESSLY. IT IS USED BY EMPLOYEES ALL DAY EVERY DAY AND THEY ARE HARD ON IT. PREVIOUSLY I HAD A LINCOLN BRAND PUMP AND EVEN THOUGH IT WORKED GREAT, THE PUMP WAS MADE OF METAL AND BEGAN RUSTING AND CONTAMINATING THE CHEMICAL AND DEPOSITING PIECES OF RUST INTO IT AND MAKING THE CHEMICAL GO FROM THE NORMAL LIGHT GREEN COLOR TO A BROWN COLOR BECAUSE OF THE RUST. THAT'S WHY I CHOOSE THIS PUMP BECAUSE IT'S PLASTIC AND WON'T CORRODE. HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS PUMP.

Amazing product, I have a 50 gallons shampoo bottle and its make it easier to move the liquid from it. the only problem is that it leaks from above.
