I have to start off that support has been fantastic from Swonder, they really care and do follow up with you if you have to contact them for recommendations if out of warranty. We've had our Swonder Paddle board since June 2021, could say it was a COVID purchase to get active again, it's been the best investment. Last summer I noticed the paddle board was losing air, but we just kept pumping it back up. I recommend getting the electric pump also from Swonder, it's been a life safer on the dock with all the floats and boat bumpers and stuff to inflate and deflate. Being winter, I decided to work on patching our paddle board. I found the major leak was around the valve. That was easily resolved with a little silicon grease on the rubber rings. The toolkit that comes with the paddle board had the tool to loosen the plug for inspection. Be careful, as the valve is two pieces, one inside and one outside. The inside part will fall in so make sure the board is flat. When putting the valve back together move any of the threads out of the way and line the holes up for the two pieces, the thread is pretty fine so take it easy screwing it back together. After that, I re-inflated the paddle board, using a spray bottle with a little soapy water I found a few pin holes around the seams. Looking online I found a few patch kits, they all say to check with the vendor of your paddle board which I did with Swonder support. Swonder support were great in getting back to me with suggestions and recommendations. Took me a few tries to repair the few small holes. I had the board not completely deflated, couldn't really get rid of the pin holes the first time around. Using the electric pump, I took all the air out and well, that did the trick as I think it sucked the PVC glue that support recommended into the pin holes. No more very fine pin holes in the seams after that. So, if you are looking for a great paddle board, and I've been on a few paddle boards that we rented over the years and borrowed from friends, the Swonder Paddle Board has to be one of the best out there that I have tried. I would highly recommend the Swonder Paddle board for anyone at this point... Comes with everything you need but my one recommendation is to get their electric pump and an AC to DC converter to use the pump in your house, they come in so handy... The Swonder Paddle board with the electric pump are an excellent investment I believe, and the Swonder Support service folks are top notch.

I bought this paddle board for the inexpensive price and I was not disappointed in the quality. It inflates very well, comes with pump to inflate and it is very easy to assemble and easy to un disinflate. I was very impressed with how sturdy and strong the material is. I am 5 feet tall, but both my husband and I fit very well in it. We enjoyed rolling on the river with this board and highly recommend it to anyone that is interested in buying it.

Update.. It actually developed a slow leak along the seam on the right upper side of the board several days after I wrote the original reveiw . We have followed all care listed in the guide. We patched the slow leak as directed . Now there is a second slow leak. We are a little disappointed, especially since it was my husbands birthday gift and I'm still paying it off. I contacted the seller to see if there are any options for us. I still do like the product. Absolutely in love with this paddleboard ! Well worth the money. I had several people tell me inflatable was a huge waste of money and are generally poor quality . This board is anything but poor quality . Well built , it maneuvers significantly easier than the typical lake rental . I was able to learn how to stand and get around very easily . Its wide enough to offer stability with several jet skis and boats around us.

Nice product but they sent me a broken part. Very irritating to pay that much and receive part of your order broken. The gauge does not work. I am trying to contact the seller right now but having no luck. Tried calling Amazon phone number and they are off because of COVID-19. I hope someone fixes this

Overall the board has been a fun addition to our boating lifestyle. We've used it on multiple lakes as well as down the river for a rafting trip. So far it has been durable, but there is a major design flaw with the heavy center touring fin. It could benefit from some sort of locking pin or bolt. It slides out easily and sinks quickly making it easy to lose in deep water. The board is not as functional without this fin. That said, I reached out to Swonder directly and they were timely, nice, and responsive about sending a replacement. Online the fin was listed as out of stock and I was worried that the board would become useless for the rest of the summer, but the representative from Swonder got it out to me in just one week! I would recommend purchasing a back-up fin for this reason. For the price of this board, I think it is good quality. I also love the larger size that increases its stability and makes it easier to get my dogs on.

I recently purchased the 11’6” Swonder SUP and am extremely happy with the purchase. I have found the board to be reasonably stable and It has plenty of room for me and the kids. The dual action pump is adequate and I am able to pump it to 13-14 psi in under 10 mins. I love the color (lava) and it has performed well both in a lake and the Bay. I look forward to improving my skills but I would consider this a great SUP for a beginner like me. If I were to change anything, I would put more d-rings to allow for the placement of a kayak seat. My only dissatisfaction is with the paddle. I sense that it is bent a little as it does not look completely straight when I glance down the length of it. Not sure if this is by design, but I am not yet an expert so it likely won’t affect my performance. Overall I am super happy with the purchase and would recommend it without any hesitation.

Nothing to dislike about our new Swonder 11'6 "Glowworm" SUP... WE LOVE IT AND STOOD UP IMMEDIATELY! Great seller/shipper as we received while on vacation at our RV resort per AMAZONS two day timeline. This board didn't have as many reviews as some others but after reading the reviews and comparing features to more expensive inflatable SUP's I was convinced this was a quality product... It is! Plus there is currently a $50 off coupon, all in we were just over $350. Everything included as per the ad and so easy to assemble and inflate, admittedly I didn't even look at the instructions until later. Quality and construction appear to be first rate and zero imperfections or blemishes. Inflation was easier than all of the reviews I read for various boards. Pump is two stroke or one depending on the pressure needs. I had it at 15 PSI in a matter of five minutes. The SUP is very stable and tracks well... Would highly recommend for anyone who are first timers like my wife and I! Think we're going to order another 10'6 for her!

I’ve had this board for a while now and it has been out on dozens of trips. I’ve paddled with two huskies and a kid, and it still steers really well and doesn't feel sluggish like one of our other boards. Nothing has delaminated and the paddle has held up. The back fin doesn’t stay very secure though and we lost it last season. The company was great and sent a replacement. I’ve since drilled a small hole while it was in place and inserted a cotter pin. The bag is roomy enough to fit everything including a couple of vests, and it is comfortable enough to carry a good distance.
