Delicious salt with amazing properties
I used this salt to dry brine my turkey this year. First time I used this product and this process. Worth it’s salt
Used for steak night- coarse grains really helped to give the steak the right crust. Flavour was quite strong so will use a bit less next time. Much better than using table salt.
