Rocket Espresso Cellini Premium Plus

I had the previous branded version of this, sold as an ECM Giotto.Struggled with it for 6+ years. It would be taken in for repairs AT LEAST twice a year, sometimes more. Overheating, underheating, leaking internal components, poor steam, shorting out,... it did it all!And yes, water was softened before use, meticulously regularly cleaned and back-flushed, etc etc. Just a real POS. Cost me 2G.These re-badged Rockets I'm expecting are the same thing...

I love my Rocket! Looks great on my counter, froths milk to perfection and makes lovely crema. The only reasons I didn't rank it 5 stars was it was expensive, it's heavy and takes awhile to warm up.

This machine kept up with making 20-40 espresso drinks over the course of 3 hours. The only complaint I have about it is a little piece that opens the steamer valve - if you open the steamer all the way, the little metal ring bends or snaps in half. We had to take the steam knob off twice to put in two new pieces that we bought from the hardware store. Inexpensive to do, but time-consuming.Just make sure not to turn the knob all the way and be sure to have extra parts.
