Has worked great, used everyday twice a day outside in the elements. Have used it almost 2yrs now.

Needed a lock box that would work with our door handles - this one works wonderfully. You still have to turn the handle differently in order for the lock to not interfere with the door opening, but it’s not a problem to do so. The lock box is secure on the door handle and will work perfectly for our guests to use when we’re not at home.

I absolutely could not recommend this product more!!! My lock box was taken off of my door (visitor error, no fault of Master Lock) and this box stood up to many attempts of breaching. Thankfully, the AirTag that was attached to my keys inside alerted me to the location a few days later and I was able to visit with the police to retrieve my stolen property. Although there appears to have been many attempts to smash and pry the lock box open, my keys were (thankfully) still safe and sound inside. Although the dials, lever, and door were heavily damaged, the lock box kept my keys secure and allowed me to regain my piece of mind after recovering the item. Thank you so much for a quality product!

Bought this lock box as I had guests staying with me and my apartment complex won't issue additional key sets. Was used indoors, but feels very sturdy. Like that the yok is adjustable and was easy to set up with my own code. Con: I have a lever style door handle. The unit is about 2 inches at its widest point. The lock box actually prevented the door handle from turning completely and disengaging the lock and I actually locked my guests inside my apartment. Works great if everyone is out of the unit, or we potentially could have put the box on top of the handle instead of hanging down, but was a bit frustrating to realize. Don't anticipate it would be an issue for other styles of handles.

Easy to use, sturdy, and good value for the price . I bought it to keep a spare key in it cause I always was locking myself out and always felt it was secure and safe.

I purchased the Master Lock 🔐 box for giving access to our medical alert company, as they require keys 🔑 on our front door to enter upon having ambulance or police also fire department dispatched during an emergency. This lockbox serves as meeting the requirements for our "Medical Guardian" active GPS enabled wireless pendants/ through using the extremely dependable Verizon 4G-LTE network! Note: Many of the negative reviews on master 🔐 lockbox, are by those whom use screwdriver, bricks also hammer to break into and henceforth leave bad comments about the unit. Besides if you look closely, they're not even reviewing the same Masterlock lockbox. These are simply idiotic individuals and their opinion shouldn't be taken into account, as no lockbox will endure such abuse!
