Great for Disney lovers

With some Disney fans in the household, this sounded like a fun game to try. As a Ravensburger game, I also expected it to be well thought out and produced, which it was. It took some time to remove the cut-out pieces from the two sheets of cardboard. You expect quality from an established company like Ravensburger, though, and all of the pieces came out much more easily than other games I've tried. The space port parts were a little harder to get due to the long and skinny sections, but most came out without splitting. Moving to the game board itself, I appreciated that the paper on both sides of the board completely covered the hinges, so there's little risk of accidentally tearing the board when you spread it out or pack it down. (I've had this happen with other games.) The game comes with a single, large plastic bag for the cardboard parts, but I used some other bags for the smaller tokens, since they will fit in the side compartments of the box and allow everything to lay flat. Once you have all of the parts out, the game is easy to set up. The instructions are short but easy to follow and understand. I really like that the game operates in two dimensions and feels a lot more open ended than a linear game would be. Players' ships are going all over the board on missions on their way toward winning the game. Recommended game, Disney fans and gamers alike.

Our family had some fun playing this game, but it did take a bit to figure out the rules. The setup took awhile as well, punching out all the cardboard pieces. The quality of the pieces is not as good as I'd expect from Ravensburger, but we haven't had any major issues with them yet. The rules are a bit vague, so it really wasn't until our second time through the game that we felt like we got a good handle on it.
