This is my favorite whole grain mustard, nothing even comes close. The best thing I’ve had using this mustard is rigatoni in a mustard cream sauce. Do yourself a favor and look up a recipe, it’s seriously my top pasta dish at the moment. And it’s pretty much the best on a wurst.

I ordered the two pack Pommery Meaux Mustard on 12/8 and it arrived on 12/31 - broken. The first time I ordered this two pack, it came without any breakage. This was packed in an Amazon box that was clearly too large for the package and it allowed the jars to slide against each other and the box was crushed. No problem with the mustard - the shipping process was terrible this time. I could smell the mustard before I opened the box. So sad.

Super-flavorful, versatile mustard. I use a lot of it for 'broccoli helper' - equal amounts of mustard and mayo with fresh lemon juice added to taste. It transforms steamed broccoli into an enjoyable dish. GHWB should try it! This review is for Pommery Meaux Mustard (2 PACK). One of the two jars had a tiny bit of leakage at the seal, but I'm not going to worry about it. I expect that I can use both jars by the Best By date, which is 4mo 23days from today, the day I received it from my seller - who has over 100,000 reviews.

Great rich coarse mustard! Out of the ordinaries!

I've been using this whole grain mustard for years, and it is my favorite whole grain French mustard. The flavor is consistent and good, and when a recipe calls for true whole grain French mustard, this is my go-to. It also stands up very well in hearty Belgian and German pork dishes, including sausages and smoked ham hock. My issue with this purchase was (is) the crocks. The crocks I've received in past had the plastic plug that some reviewers have complained about for being hard to open. While it's true the plastic cap is a tight fit, I prefer it over the cork stoppers sealed in wax that I received in this 2-pack. I tried breaking the wax off as directed on their website (having never seen these wax sealed jars before), but the wax had seeped between the crock and the cork, bonding the cork to the crock. Maybe the cork stopper wasn't sized correctly, and that caused part of the problem, but as I tried to carefully coax the wax and cork off to open the crock, the cork stopper significantly broke, rendering it useless as a cap. Thankfully I had the plastic cap from another crock, and simply used that to seal the crock. Not a game stopper, but frustrating that something as simple as cork and wax proved to be such a challenge. I hope the second crock doesn't have the same issues when I go to open it.
