I am so in love with this broom. I have carpet and linoleum in my house. I have 3 dogs and I have long hair. I have ruined a couple vacuums because of my hair. This broom is incredible. I can use it on all floor surfaces. It is saving me $$ from buying Swiffer refills. I still go over my carpet with my vacuum but not all the hair. I have an Australian shepherd that sheds year long so I need to clean the floor on a daily basis.The only reason I didn't give sturdiness 5 stars was due to the fact the handle comes apart for shipping/packaging.
