Works fine and is small

This was perfect to synchronize neutral and endpoints on aileron and elevator stabs. Before using this the left aileron was 3 degrees above the right and the endpoints were even worse meaning any rolls or banks introduce skewed roll directions. Likewise for the elevator the right stab was above the left… and loops weren’t linear and more like an unintended barrel roll loop. Using this device was able to set each aileron stab with multiple servos to synchronize with the other one in terms of neutral and endpoint travel. Likewise with the elevator stabs. It’s a great tool, good value for the money and takes a lot of visual guesswork out of calibrating control surfaces in RC aircraft… of any size.

Easy to use

This is a good angle meter for smaller basic planes. It however isn't great for larger planes or Scale jets that have tapered elivaters etc - like the Mig 29 and F16. It works good for more basic rectangular control surfaces. Also its in degrees but most throws are given in RC manuals in milli meters so there's some conversion there. Will be good to eliminate the chance of the deadly first flight Flap or elivator - out of sync problem where one goes up higher than the opposite one and causes the plane to twist out of control. Just make sure the surfaces go up and down at the same angles.

This throw meter works great, and is well made. Note, the measurement is in degrees. If your plane's instructions give you throws in mm, then you will need to convert to degrees using trigonometry to know the exact value to read on this gauge.

It got the job done but would not come back to 0 Tried lube but not free flowing enough to get same reading when checking throw on rc airplane. Wish I had spent more and got digital

I love this tool. So much, I wanted to take time to tell others. You need this - it makes setting throws SOOOOO easy. It is light, sensitive, works like a CHARM. Get this - stop messing with rulers and making errors - be sure easily with this fun to use tool. :)
