This arrived quickly and was communicated well. The replacement did not experience the same issue as the original so it must be that the original issue was specific to that particular one. The seller provided technical information to reduce concerns over the safety.I appreciated the customer service. I will keep the original review text in place so people can see what the problem was and how it was resolved by the seller.ORIGINAL: Received this torch yesterday. After fully charging and using it for 5 minutes the lens fogged up meaning the battery is de-gassing or there is moisture in the device. This is quite concerning for a high capacity lithium power source in a metal tube. Need advice from the seller to see if I have a bomb on my hands or not. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ fantastic light *by M***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 15 January 2019* Brought for dog walking through woods, great beam, only use it on low, lasts approx 2.5 hours on full charge which is 5 walks then charges overnight. When the indicator gets down to 3, the beam does fade slightly but is still good, even down to 1, but worth carrying a spare torch in case it automatically shuts down, I wanted to see how long it would last so kept using it. Full beam is fantastic but not worth using for my walks and would obviously reduce the time available.
