I wore the sample ring for a full 24 hours, which gave me a really clear sense of the fit and overall comfort throughout the day and night. That trial period made a big difference, and I felt confident choosing my size. The fit ended up being incredibly accurate when I received my actual ring. There are enough sizes to find your perfect size. I have a size 10 on my right pointer finger. UPDATE: I have officially bought it and it came in yesterday! My first impression on it was that it feels like cheap plastic, but when I went and read the materials it’s made out of it made sense in order to keep it lightweight. As I’ve only had it for 24 hrs I can’t give a good review if it’s worth it or not but I will update again later. I order the size 10 as the sizing kit let decide which size would work best, it fits the same if not a little bit bigger than the sizing ring but nothing that I would need to size down. The silver looks great with the rest of my silver/white gold jewelry. The set up was easy and everything within the app started working immediately, I wore it to bed to get my sleep tracking going and it tracked it to the T! The cycle tracker is off but it only asked about my last one and I just had to guess so as I use it more and am able to put accurate data in I’ll be able to know how well it is. I’ll update in a few months. UPDATE ONE YEAR LATER: at of may 11 of 2026 I will have this ring for a year. Overall I love this ring, I have worn it literally everyday for the year. Mine is still working great and tracks everything pretty accurately. I will say that the app doesn’t send you notifications so there was one week that I was too busy to notice that my ring ran dead. I also wish they would update more features that it reads, I would even eventually upgrade to a new ring if they would measure more and keep the app and features free. That is what I love most about this ring, it tracks what I NEED while still being free, I would just love to see a few things tweaked. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE RINGCON THOUGH. like seriously it’s great, just buy it!
