How much do you use instead of a teaspoon (for coffee)?

Nothing, almost nothing. I'm diluting 2 small spoons (the one that comes on the bag) on a 30ml dropper. I use 4 drops per mug, I think it is like one teaspoon and a half. How much is is of dry powder I have no idea.

Is any part of this grown. processed or manufactured in China?

It’s VERY sweet a Tiny bit goes a very long way!

What is the carbohydrate content. This is more relevent to diabetics than calories. I thought dietary had to be shown by law.

The nutrition info on the back of the pack says 0g carbs. BTW this stuff is POWERFUL - you only need to use a teeny weeny mount of it!
