Is xanthan gum used in this product?

Thank you for your question. There are only three ingredients in our Mini Chips; Cane Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter. Xanthan gum is not used.

How many grams of sugar per serving? And what is the serving size?

Total Sugars 7g, Includes 7g Added Sugars = 14% Serving size 1 Tsbp (15g) 80 calories per serving Hope this help you.

How do i know these are true enjoy life chips? The packaging and label look very home made. And the nutrition facts do not match my small bag.
