Good taste, great with eggs. Church key didn't come with my purchase though and I cut the heck out of my fingers opening it with a pair of pliers.

I would give this item 5 stars for the quality and taste of the corned beef but had to take away a star because not all the cans come with the key attached to open it. It was a hassle to save the key from a just opened can, first unwinding then to save it use it to open cans that didn't come with a key. Also knowing when to purchase this item became a huge factor because of the ever changing price fluctuation. One day it's at $3.99 then next day it's $6.99 for the exact same product. After purchasing this several times now, I have kept tabs on it and have always waited for the price drop before ordering it. But I can honestly say that this is one of the best tasting corned beef out there and If not for the key issue, I would give this 5 stars. I still highly recommend it.

I thought this would be exactly like Spam, but it is not. It is very much corn beef. It is not a pureed meat; it has texture and the stringiness of beef. The flavor is of a salty corned beef, but really not overly salty. I have arthritis so it is really hard for me to open cans. But this one, with its own little crank works great! It is a LOT easier to open than a can opener version. The can comes completely full, and it is really a nice lunch meat. I would indeed recommend this to friends. I think it would be a great item for camping or backpacking.

That annoyed me enough to lower my rating to three stars. But there're other ways to open these cans. The corned beef is fine. This meat is versatile, but usually I keep things simple.

This is moist, tender, tasty and ultra-fresh, makes great sandwiches, and is noticeably lower in fat and salt than other brands I've tried. It's a little crumbly but that's fine, it spreads thickly on bread. I like it with bread and butter pickles and lettuce. The price is right- love it! Great item to have on hand, I'm ordering more.
