Bad product not working will not give me a return label this satisfied customer been with you for a long time and you treat me like that I need a return label so I can send this product back the fan not working the instruction is in Chinese I cannot read it to even see if I can try and get it to work I would like to return it for a refund

It won’t cool a room
It doesn’t really cool the small room you have to be close enough to fill the cold air to cool yourself up, but it won’t cool a small room

There is no AC, it is a fan blowing hot air
This is a very bad product , it is a very small fan that you can purchase for 5$, there is no AC. I requested a shipping label to return this product and get my money back , the seller is giving me hard time sending the label. Please do not buy this product, waste of money

Absolutely terrible. It is nothing like a mini AC. It's just a fancy fan. I am disappointed. I have made a return request and the seller has yet to respond. It has been roughly three days by now, maybe four. Do not buy this, don't waste your money.
