Kid Normal and the Rogue Heroes: Kid Normal 2: The second book in the super heroic, super silly series from Greg James and Chris Smith : James, Greg, Smith, Chris, Salcedo, Erica: desertcart.in: Books Review: Nice book with illustrations - Good book with nice illustrations. My 10 year old kid is enjoying it Review: Kid Normal - A Boy Who Didn't Fit In By Yehoshua (10Y) - Kid Normal is an entrancing book. The story is set at a school for children with super powers, rather 'capes' (capabilities). At this school, kids would be able to train themselves and find out whether they were super agent material or not. They could either learn to harness their super powers or if not 'cape' enough, go back to living a normal life. At this school went a young child with no super powers and the story evolves. The story revolves around him trying to fit in and all his futile efforts to gain appreciation of his teachers and classmates. The story hold a certain thrill towards the end while we wait in anticipation and fear. The story above all else is about friendship and the extent they go for the people they care about.

One of our grandsons especially enjoyed the first Kid Normal Book. As he was rereading it (nothing wrong with that!) I found this one! He was happy to have another Kid Normal book to read. Makes Mamaw happy to encourage reading! Win win.

My 9 year old loves the Kid Normal books and cannot wait for the next one. Completely engaging and he used it to write a review at school which made it sound so good that I've now started them!
