I’ve used hemp oil only once so far in my cold process soaps but I plan on using it again soon. It did a good job of keeping the skin hydrated as it contains lots of fatty acids. It also helped create great lather. However, it does have a green tint to the oil so you may not want to use it in certain soaps to avoid unwanted discoloration.

I bought this for my dog who also has kidney disease. Despite being on a high quality fish oil, he was shedding like a dried out Christmas tree. It was awful. In addition, I cannot stand the smell of fish oil. I decided to try this product as it has Omega 3, 9 and 9. OMG was a difference. His shedding has reduced 90%. The oil has a nutty grassy smell which my dog really likes. This product has been an utter blessing for us.

Love the taste and thr cost is fairl inexpensive. I take a 1/2 teaspoon when I take fat soluble vitamins or supplements. I also take a teaspoon for overall heart and joint health.

Great value for the money

I ordered Hemp oil from Amazon for the health benefits of its' Omega 3 content. As always the shipment arrived quickly and I added the oil to my daily health regimen. Added bonus is that the oil has anti-inflammatory properties. Downside is that the oil doesn't taste great, so you need to gulp that spoonful down quickly.

This is my favorite all purpose oil. I’ve been using it for several years. It took me a long time to find a product for my face that helped with acne, as most products create more oils and clog pores. I’ve tried at least 20 different things for a few months each and nothing helped like this did. This is lightweight and it absorbs in your skin not leaving it extra oily or overly shiny. It helps balance out the ph in your skin. It works equally well on the body. Enough moisture to produce a light shine but nothing that sits on top of your skin like lotion does. It has a slight nutty odor, which I personally love. When I spray on perfume afterwards, the oil helps the perfume last longer. Tastes great on salads and there are lots of health benefits. The color is slightly green but that obviously doesn’t stay on your skin. I don’t think this is for skin that needs extra, extra moisture.

I take a shot of this every morning to keep my skin moisturized and soft. When I take a break from using it, within 3/4 days I can feel the skin on my hands and feet and shins drying out and no amount of external moisturizer helps. I think it’s a great value for money when I think how long a bottle lasts.

I use it as a moisturizer at night. Keeps my skin soft/glowy and inflammation down. Great for those with rosacea. Calms skin down. I keep it in the fridge. Drinking it gave me the runs though but applied as a moisturizer is great!

Value for money excellent, service excellent will be purchasing again

This is a great product. The taste is nutty and delicious, just how it should be. I will purchase this product again.

I ordered this product from Amazon direct on the 24 June 2021. When it arrived I saw on the back of the bottle a sticker which appeared to cover the best before date. When unfeeling the sticker I saw this date : 2021 JN 30 Does this mean June 2021 in which case I feel cross that having only had it for a few days it is now passed it’s best? The rating reflects this concern.
