Customer service was really nice the first time - replaced a broken foot no questions asked. I was sitting in a rEvolve chair in a pop-up hunting blind when it collapsed! It was pre-dawn and I was holding a loaded shotgun hunting turkey when all of a sudden I was on my back, feet up in the air. The gun didn't discharge, fortunately, and my hunting partner made the gun safe and helped me up. Too bad parts aren't available as I would replace all the connecting rods and feet to avoid another failure like I, and DDA, experienced.
