The "better if used by" date on the box I just received on the Subscribe & Save was only 2 months aways - which really stinks when you have 3 months until the next box ships! **Q: Number of calories?** A: 200 calories per bar **Q: What are some thoughts on the ginger snap? And the carrot cake?** A: Oh I never saw the ginger snap one, I eat paleo so, no wheat, legumes, rice ect. The carrot cake was a very welcome grab and go item, as I'm mostly fresh food only, aside from nuts. You get the sense of the real ingredients from carrot cake. All it says on the box and wrapper is that its distributed by Small Planet Foods in Colorado.** A: LARABAR used to be produced in China many years back but now the package does not say China.
