Defective Vega Helmet Received (Damaged on Top Surface)
Dear Amazon Customer Support Team,I am writing to formally escalate my concern regarding a defective product that I recently purchased from Amazon.Product Details:- Product Name: Vega Jet ISI DOT Certified Matt Finish Open Face Helmet for Men & Women with Clear Visor- Color: Dull Black- Size: LAfter receiving the package, I opened it carefully and immediately inspected the helmet. To my disappointment, I observed that the top portion of the helmet has visible damage/defect, which is completely unacceptable for a safety product such as a helmet.The helmet appears to have been delivered either in a damaged condition or with a manufacturing defect. Since a helmet is intended to provide protection, any damage to its outer shell raises serious concerns regarding its safety, quality, and reliability. I cannot use this product as it may compromise my safety while riding.I have attached photographs clearly showing the damage on the top side of the helmet for your reference.Considering the above, I request you to:1. Arrange an immediate replacement with a brand-new, defect-free helmet, or2. Process a full refund if a replacement is not available.As a loyal Amazon customer, I expect products to undergo proper quality inspection before dispatch. Receiving a damaged safety product has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment.I request you to treat this matter as high priority and provide a prompt resolution at the earliest. Good fit and finish. Perfectly match with Ola freedom edition
Overall helmet is good quality, padding is way better then the helmet I received with my ola. It fits inside ola gen 1 trunk is best thing.Visor quality is good and it gives better protection from wind. I guess impact protection will be also good.Fitting of helmet is very good and perfect. I use M size which 570mm and it fits perfectly. No issue with fitting.
