Great B Complex Vitamin
I’ve been using this B Complex vitamin and I’ve noticed a positive difference in my overall energy and well-being. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have a strong aftertaste. Great Methyl Free B Vitamin Complex
High quality B vitamins. Love that they’re methyl free as I don’t any side effects when I take these. Good value and Seeking Health is a brand I trust. They’re in a capsule so no nasty aftertaste. These are the most absorbable and bioavailable B vitamin that I’ve found.

Excellent B Vitamins
Having a MTHFR genetic mutation makes me really sensitive to B vitamins. Seeking Health vitamin B supplements are the only ones I can tolerate without side effects.

Amazing Product
Great product! I have the MTHFR gene mutation and a slow COMT. I changed to these from another brand and I can tell a big difference in how I am feeling. My body aches and pains are clearing up. My brain fog is lifting. TMI alert: I now have regular bowel movements several times a day, compared to going maybe once a week.
