It makes a thin bechamel sauce
This made a thin sauce, and I was hoping it was going to be thicker. Next time, I will make the bechamel sauce from scratch.

Great space for topping baked salmon smothered in imitation crabmeat.
I had a recipe for baked salmon on a bed of quick fried lettuce, covered with imitation crabmeat and topped with bechamel sauce. It was great!
