Maybe the other kits are better. EDITED: I’m revising this review as the company reached out to me to make things right. Review: I ordered this item specifically for the cascading petunias. What has sprouted are *morning glories*! Not even listed as one of the included varieties on the package. I also planted 3 pods with dianthus. They never sprouted, just went moldy in the pod. Definitely not Aerogarden quality.

A bunch of these grew without special preparation. The clover took over. I used a different liquid fertilizer.
