Ease of use
Is absolutely everything the ad states. Easy to use. Used on house windows, mirrors, van windows ( which are large)… no streaking!!

Extension Pole Not Included
Can’t yet speak for the operation of the device but I can provide this heads-up. This tool does not come with an extension pole which you’ll need for cleaning external windows w/o a ladder. I had 4 pole extensions (about 4 ft in the same US size) and they would not work (thread diameter & pitch were too narrow & course). So, I’ll have to purchase a new extension pole that works with this product to use the tool w/o a ladder.

Not the same product that's shown in the video. Very didappointing.
This is NOT the same product seen in the video. Much too flimsy. Definitely not worth the money. Very disappointed.

Clean swipe
Not bad but not great. Water collection in the reservoir only collects in a level swipe so it tends to be an impractical promotion asset.
