I bought this hose to use in an in-ground pool and it is a 19' x 40' and it reaches because the vacuum foot is on the end of the pole. This is a very plastic hose though. It is not a vinyl or rubber and doesn't sink or fill with water very well. It is kinda stiff but should work well for your application. It is cheaply made and the ends come off easy but the price is also inexpensive so you should gauge cost with quality.
