No Flap Ear Wrap (Denim, X-Small)

I initially hesitated to buy this wrap because of the price, so I tried a few cheaper alternatives—but none of them worked well. In the end, I came back and purchased this one, and now I completely understand why it costs more. It works perfectly for my fur baby! My dog, Lucky, had an ear infection and went through surgery. After his bandage was removed, the vet recommended we put something on his head to prevent him from shaking and irritating his ears. We tried several different solutions, but this wrap was the only one that actually worked. The built-in plastic support keeps the wrap securely in place and prevents it from slipping or falling off, so it stays on comfortably all day and night. The fabric is lightweight and breathable, allowing air to flow in and out. Even after wearing it for long periods, it doesn’t develop any odor when taken off.

This ear wrap is literally the only thing that has worked for my furbabies! It has given Aguacate, Esquite, and Fresita so much relief when absolutely nothing else did. Beyond having a fantastic product, their customer service is top-notch. One of my pups managed to get ahold of the wrap and chewed up the plastic spine that goes inside. I reached out to the company to see what could be done, and they were incredibly helpful and quickly sent out an extra spine to save the day. It is so rare to find a company that actually cares this much about their customers and their pets. I will absolutely be purchasing from them again in the future. Highly, highly recommend!

This product is great in theory, but disappointing in practice. My dog has hematomas on both ears, and this is the only wrap we’ve found that actually stays in place. He can’t remove it, yet it’s not so tight that it restricts his breathing or swallowing—which is exactly what we needed. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The construction is extremely flimsy. After less than three weeks of use, it’s already falling apart. The material is very thin and not durable enough for a dog, especially one that isn’t completely sedentary. The plastic supports meant to provide structure are already poking through the fabric, which makes it even less usable. This might work for a very calm, inactive dog, but for any dog with even moderate activity, it simply doesn’t hold up. For the price, the lack of durability is a major drawback.

Works pretty well. My dog got used to it over time. It stays in place decently well in normal circumstances. I also took her for walks with it, so I had her collar over it. The collar will pull it at times, and I would occasionally have to adjust it while we were out for walks, but I'm still happy with it -- it still did its job of keeping her ears from flapping. I've used it for about 2 months so far, and it's still in decent shape. One thing I didn't expect was that it starts to smell funny, though -- so I've had to wash it a few times.

It does what it says it's supposed to do, and it's basically the only thing out there that actually can immobilize and protect a dog's ear. I do like that you can remove/cut the spines that run over the top of the dog's head to customize the fit a little. The velcro is sturdy, the extra velcro strap behind the dog's head adds an additional way to mould the hood to support the ear. The fabric is easily washable. However, at this price point ($54) I'd expect better stiching and that there was a bit more focus on smoothing out the 'dog sided' seams so it's be less irritating to the dog's skin. You can pad it to help it conform to the dog's head. The supportive plastic spines down the center of the hood eventually form to the shape of the dog's head, which isn't necessarily good for holding the ear in place-I guess I'd think this was 5-star at about $30.

This product is a great idea, however if your dog has a large hematoma like mine did I would not recommend this. The material is too harsh for the sensitive ear. My dog ended up with a pressure sore. This was remedied by putting a softer material over her ear (I actually used and ankle sock to cover the ear) before putting on the wrap. But I wish the inside of the ear in the wrap had a softer cover to prevent this from happening. Maybe a fleece or soft cotton. Although I do understand I could have had a different experience than others. Overall, it definitely kept her from shaking her ears and the hematoma began to subside. Also, the other ear would sometimes flip inside the wrap and caused a sore on the inside. This could also be attributed to the way the wrap fit lopsided due to the other ear being so large as well as having to keep it on her 24/7. Again, an issue I believe would be resolve with a softer material on the inside instead of a seam. The jean type material was needed for my dog because of how hard she shakes but the journey with the wrap did not come without trial and error.

My dog got a hematoma on her ear and needed a ear wrap so she didn't make it worse. I tried the cheaper options first because of the big price difference but she shook them off so easily. This one is just built better. The plastic spine attached to the collar prevents the wrap from slipping backwards off her head and the velco straps keeps it from slipping to the side. Definitely worth the higher price. Save yourself some time and just buy this one first. She hates me right now because it is not coming off, no matter how much she shakes lol.

The product is very good quality, I have a GSP who cut his ear out in the field. This product stops the dog from flapping it's ear which re-opens the slice/cut/split in his ear. The product 100% works, my dog could not get this off, he did try but gave up after awhile. It 100% stops the dog flapping it's ears, could not ask for a better product, as it's very practical and well made. I would 100% recommend this to anyone in a similar situation to me and my dog, this allowed us to avoid expensive vet bills and treat my dog at home, as we had a small surplus of pet antibiotics. He's now fully healed and back to enjoying life, thanks to the "No Flap Ear Wrap", honestly so happy with this product. If you need to stop your dog flapping it's ears, STOP shopping, just buy this product. One of the best features of this product is the dog can still live a fairly normal life whilst in recovery, meaning my dog could still play with his siblings and act like a normal dog; eating, drinking, relaxing, walks, runs. This seriously relieved the stress and anxiety which having an injured pet can cause.

My 75lb German shepherd got a large hematoma in his ear. Not wanting surgery we went the route of draining and wrapping. He was wearing a compression wrap (bought on here) but he easily got it off during the night or when I was not home so ear would fill up again having to drain again which is not pleasant for him. I was losing hope then came across this and thought I would give it a try. I am super glad I got it. It’s easy to adjust size (I got him a large and had to cut the spines back a bit). I still have a gauge and vet wrap underneath to provide steady pressure on the ear however this hoodie prevents him from getting it off. I wouldn’t say he is the happiest dog because hematomas are painful but so far no fluid and I can leave the room without panicking. Really nice quality. Strong Velcro and stitching. They did not cheap out making this product. Spend the extra and get this. You won’t regret it (make sure you measure your dogs head and neck before getting it).

Kein anderes Produkt hatte einen so guten Halt am Kopf meines Hundes (ich habe viele verschiedene ausprobiert) Habe den Ear Wrap über den Verband gezogen und alles blieb an Ort und Stelle, trotz Schütteln. Mein Hund hasst das Teil, ich habs geliebt☺️
