Great taste, strong dye color
Flavor wise, this brand gives better authentic ube taste and aroma to bread and Ube spread when added to the real Ube compared to other brands I've tried. Veen using this for years. However, the dye is so dark that's why im giving it a 4. If the recipe calls for 2 Tsp, I would just do half or else I would end up with a really dark purple spread or bread instead of a vibrant one.
