I heard moringa was good to take I am liking gummies better. They don't get stuck to your throat like a pill would. The taste is fine, not sour or mediciney. I'm taking it to improve blood sugar and cholesterol numbers because I would really like to get off some of the prescription pills the doctor has me on.

I was surprisingly very happy with this gummy. The first day I took it I didn’t expect anything but I could honestly tell a very small relief in my bone aches. For me that is major considering I have had four back surgeries a knee surgery and three hand surgeries. It has helped with several other issues as well.
