I’ve included a picture of the fluffed insert beside the insert inside a case. I’ve also included the new insert next to one I bought fifteen years ago to show the difference in fabric. Soft and functional. I use them as accent pillows on my bed but we don't sleep with them. Work well as a a comfy way to prop up in bed to watch TV, but I remove them before we go to bed. I'm sure they would be comfy if that's how someone decided to use them. The filling is fluffy and it's stuffed full.
