Perfect Camping Gear
Let's get one thing straight. They are extremely water resistant. They aren't supposed to be submerged or used as a float, so some of the other reviews here are ridiculous. They're $10 for 3 bags, so pump the brakes. I use typically 2 or 3 of these bags on every camping (backpacking) trip I take. I've used them probably a dozen times in the past year. I put clothes in the middle sized bag, typically food and stove in the large one, small one is for extra miscellaneous items. They will keep your stuff dry when inside your pack. The clothing bag doubles as my pillow. I have never had anything get wet in them, but I also haven't submerged them as the manufacturer says not to do so. Also, push the air out of your clothing and treat this like a compression sack before rolling down the top and locking it. Very useful, inexpensive, and durable - The backpacking trifecta.

Good enough! Not thick, but does the job
You kind of get what you pay for! It is not as thick as some of other ones, but it is also not as pricey as those. On a recent trip to the lake, it did the job. It kept the valuables water free, although there was a bit of condensation on the inside. You cannot blame that on the quality or material since it is supposed to be impervious to water. May have been from the air I did not push out, since I wanted this to float in water and not get lost. 3 sizes for different things. I do like the bright colors esp the yellow since that is visible from afar.

Long lasting
Great value. Just re-ordered another set after six years. Love the multiple sizes, especially the smallest 2 L bag which is sized to hold my wallet, keys, and a few other small items. The material is soft and flexible, and much less bulky than the PVC waterproof bags. These bags depend on a liner to help keep it waterproof. After six years, the liner has started to disintegrate on my most commonly use bags (heavily used for 2 to 3 weeks per year during vacations). Wish the liner was more durable, but they do keep my items dry even in the wet part of a scuba diving boat (although I always had my dry bag stored in a gear bag that would get wet). Happily repurchased after reviewing my other options.

Dry Sacks That Won't Rain on Your Parade!
When it comes to dry sacks, these babies have got your back! I mean, they better, considering they're designed to keep your stuff dry. So, let's break down my take on these waterproof wonders. First, the variety pack is like a happy meal for adventurers – it comes with three different sizes: the 2-liter, 4-liter, and 8-liter sacks. It's like a "choose your adventure" novel but with bags. You'll have the perfect bag for your half-day hikes, full-day paddles, and that "I don't know where I'm going but I'm going" weekend getaway. Now, the material – it's soft, flexible, and feels like it's saying, "I'll protect your gear like it's my own." The rip-stop fabric gives me hope that even if I accidentally drag it through a thorn bush, it won't turn into Swiss cheese. As for waterproofing, these sacks surprised me. I even gave them the "accidentally drop them in a puddle" test, and they emerged victorious, just slightly damp around the edges. Size-wise, they're pretty roomy and the 8-liter sack holds way more than you'd expect. Now, here's where we hit a minor hiccup. The roll-top closure can be a bit of a wrestling match, especially when you're freezing your fingers off in the wilderness. It's like trying to fold a fitted sheet – you know it can be done, but it's a wrestling match you didn't sign up for. Finally, the "Outdoor Products Plain + Simple Lifetime Guarantee" sounds fantastic, but it also feels a bit like a commitment. Like, am I supposed to pass these down to my grandkids? Will these dry sacks become a family heirloom? In conclusion, these dry sacks are like your trusty adventure sidekick. They'll keep your gear dry through rain, rapids, and rogue waves. Just be prepared for a little tug of war when sealing them, and maybe plan to start a dry sack dynasty for generations to come! Five stars because they're pretty darn good, especially for the price!

They're cheap, but they work good!
I bought these to help organize things while on some camping and riding trips. Yes, they're cheap, but they seem to hold up pretty well. I wouldn't use these as an outer bag to strap down to a motorcycle, but for interior organizing, these are great. They're lightweight, and keep moisture out. I rode through the leftovers of the big hurricane last summer, and none of my clothes inside these (which were also inside another heavier dry bag) got wet.

little buckles to hard to open
I have not really tried these out other than to try to open and close them, and that was quite difficult. I think I have the hang of it now but it is still pretty tight...you have to just press the little side tabs in at the top rather than lower down. Seemed kind of counter intuitive to me and different from other of these types of buckles that I have. The fold and close tops are fine. Otherwise, they are just nylon sacks that will likely come in handy for travel...cords, snacks, dirty socks, wet bathing suits, toiletries, etc. they are likely not perfectly waterproof, but will keep things wet or dry for long enough to avert total disaster. Don't leave them out in the rain all night and expect everything to be dry in the morning, but if your hand lotion leaks in the bag it will keep it from getting on other stuff till you find it. Cheap but moderately effective. As for the 3 stars, that seems about right. Nothing to write home about but not worth the effort to return. Nice cheerful primary colors.

Perfect for backpacking
After visiting Scheels to grab a light weight stuff sack for my grandson and realized I needed to take out a mortgage for the only bags they carried. I saw these on Amazon. I will say they are perfect for backpacking and organizing your stuff. Light weight, pretty damn water proof, very light weight for a very good price

Great Value, Durable, and lightweight.
To begin, you can’t really argue with the price, what a great value for your money. These bags are great, my phone stayed completely dry while rafting. My phone also stayed completely dry during a storm while I was out hiking. I would definitely recommend these if you’re looking for some inexpensive dry bags.

Great value and decent quality made!
Great value! Great variety sizes! Easy to use. I haven’t submerged it in water to test it’s waterproof capability, but just how air sealed it is when rolled up makes me believe that it’s water resistant for sure!
