Can you use this to pipe Macaroons?

Yes. The tips are large enough to pipe Maxaroons.

how do I use these? Do I put the tip inside the bag or out? Having trouble with this.

cut the end of the bag just big enough to fit the tip inside without it falling out. if you have a coupler it makes it even easier to switch the tips

Do you need coupler too or is the coupler included in the set?
