I am over the moon with my purchase. Great quality. Will get lots of use because I am currently doing something I've wanted to do for many years. I am writing a book. Review: Very unsatisfied - I am a writer, and prefer what I write not to be placed in a cloud or anywhere on the internet until I deem it worthy of being published. I was so excited about this typewriter, but within the first few weeks of normal use, the type keys started sticking. I have been having to use a toothpick or tiny screwdriver (flat-head) to lift the keys back up as until I do, it just keeps typing the same number or letter pressed. Mar/Rel button also sticks. And does it have a warranty on it? I've never heard of this Brand before?** A: Item is brand new and has 1 year parts and labor warranty. Nakajima has been in business a long time. **Q: What type of paper is best yo use in it** A: I used regular copy paper. After owning the Nakajima WPT-160 and using it to type about 30 letters, I regret I didn't buy a Brothers like I had before. This machine is always moving the start and finish lines of the sentence. I have a third row of symbols on the number s row I can never get to function right. **Q: Is the manual printed in English?** A: The manual I received is printed in English. This typewriter word processor has a display window for previewing the text before actual printing. It has many features which I have yet to familiarize myself with. I like the carrying handle feature for portability. I wish the keyboard had a sturdier cover. The one that comes with the machine is thin plastic. Over all, this machine is a good buy. I am happy with this purchase.
