OXO Good Grips for the win, best Kitchen Scissors ever.
Ok it's been a while since I wrote a review, but these are the best kitchen scissors ever. The tiny serrations are barely noticeable but they absolutely cut through everything. Like all OXO good grips products, the grip is freaking awesome, it's soft and textured and is even to hold even if your hands are slippery. The herb stripper is one of the coolest ideas ever and it makes stripping Rosemary so easy, I'm not sure about cilantro yet but I plan to try that soon, either way they blow the Farberware scissors from my old knife block they're replacing out of the water (which admittedly isn't hard to do). Highly recommend. I have a growing collection of OXO Good Grips stuff and I've been really happy with all of it so far. Their Salt and Pepper grinders are also super top notch. For 20 bucks, I don't think you can do any better, I checked out some of the larger brand's models and they seem less comfortable and no more durable for twice the money. I also like that the blades come apart, it makes them really easy to clean, I imagine easy to sharpen too, but with the serrations I doubt sharpening will be necessary any time soon (if ever). I'll be recommending these for a loooong time to come.

Excellent!
Excellent kitchen scissors. Sharp and sturdy. The feature of separating the blades allows for easier cleaning and eliminates rust development at the hinge. Comfortable to hold, as with most scissors, handles can be either uncomfortable or painful.

Love how easy they clean. Sharp and feel solidly made.
Amazing kitchen shears. 99% of the use is just opening packaging. They come apart and clean quickly and easily. We have a package meal subscription. After opening the raw meat packages, I can get these scrubbed and dried off by the time the pan is hot enough for the meat.

Great choice
These scissors are excellent and I recommend them to friends looking for a food scissors. They're quite sharp with serrated edges, which hopefully means they'll hold their edge longer. They disengage easily for cleaning. The handles have cushioning pads on the grips, making them slip-free. And don't worry about reviews that claim they come apart too easily. That would only happen if you open them all the way each time you cut. I don't know of anyone who uses a scissors that way but apparently there are some.

Typical Oxo product. Well worth the money.
As is usual for Oxo products, these re very good kitchen shears at a reasonable price. They separate, making them easy to keep clean. I’d definitely buy again.

Really good shears
Stays together when it should, comes apart when it’s supposed to. Both of those can be a problem with kitchen shears, but not with these. They cut well, and feel sturdy. I’ll buy again.

Sharp Form, Smarter Function
These OXO Good Grips scissors balance weight, precision, and comfort in a way that makes them a true staple. The grip feels sturdy yet natural, and the central pivot mechanism adds a layer of control you don’t get from most kitchen shears. They separate easily for cleaning, making maintenance simple and quick. The blades stay aligned and sharp even after consistent use — I use mine for everything from herbs to packaging, and they’ve held up perfectly. A refined, durable tool that looks as good as it performs. — Curated by Jaded John | #OrderlyCleanDesign

I bought two sets of these for the kitchen and they’ve been the go-to scissors on the house for the past year or so. They’ve maintained their cut very well and having them easily disassemble and throw into the dishwasher is a bonus.

Some scissors cut but these, oh no, they don’t just cut, they CUT. I mean they really CUT. It’s like they trained their whole life to be be the best cutty things in the world and you know what, they’ve done it. Way to go scissors, way to go. They have nice squishy handles too. Running with them is not recommended, ever.
