I have had a wonderful Kenwood mixer with many attachments and cannot find the original booklet that came with it. This book has wonderful recipes as well as instructions on how to use the attachments...of which there are so many, one can forget how to use them. Much more than I expected! Also, if you can, get a Kenwood mixer, it's a workhorse. I've had mine for 12 yrs and its still working perfectly. All it had was a bowl and a K beater, no instruction book. I bought a new balloon whisk and a dough hook but what next.In this book there is a list of basic tools and then a page with small illustrations of each attachment. The next page is a list of tools and attachments plus the page numbers where you will find recipes for each attachment.I have to admit that I have bought vintage and new attachments with different part numbers from this list and apart from a cream maker which would only fit upside down (it was for a A701 and my mixer is an A901) luckily I have not bought any which do not fit.The book first of all shows the K beater and other two tools and gives you recipes based on the use of them such as cakes and bread etc.It then moves on to the Liquidiser, hints on use and recipes, soups, sauces etc.Each attachment in turn is expained and recipes which use that attachment are shown.The book even covers attachments that fit on to attachments.
