Really good product!
Really good product! The Resonate RouterUPS Gen2 works perfectly during power cuts and keeps my WiFi running for around 4 hours. Easy to install, compact, and reliable. Battery backup and build quality are excellent. Totally worth it for anyone who faces frequent power cuts.

This review is against Amazon, NOT Resonate.
This review is against Amazon, NOT Resonate. I give 5★ to Resonate for the product itself. But this product is NOT COMPATIBLE with Jio Air Fiber or any Air Fiber router, even though it clearly matches the same power specification (12V, 3A) used by Air Fiber devices. When the main power fails: 1. The device keeps restarting 2. Only the RED LED blinks 3. The GREEN LED never turns on 3. The router becomes completely unusable Now to the real problem: Amazon’s terrible customer service. Amazon return is not even initiated yet My refund is unnecessarily delayed I am being forced to ship the product back myself. There is zero accountability from Amazon support For a Prime membership customer, this treatment is unacceptable. Amazon is quick to take money but painfully slow to resolve genuine issues. Worst customer service experience from Amazon.

Amazing product
Product is exactly as described. Sleek and fits in your palm. I bought the mid range one which claims 6hrs backup. Will update the review after using it for a while. Box comes with one ups and only one cable for this variant (the pro version comes with multiple types of cables). Please see attached images for cable type.

Superb quality
Its superb, i purchase it on 2021 April, and its working nicely till 4 years. Now I will purchase one more.

Good product with poor battery life
I bought this product in oct 2024 and it worked perfectly fine until today 25 Dec 2025 when backup became zero sec. Earlier it used to provide backup of around 25 mins and suddenly it dropped to zero. I wish it had better battery life.

Very bad product plus it came without its cables not as shown on the website.

It's quit useful for home, office as I bought this for my home in nepal cause of electricity is not stable 🙃, but since I am using this, very nice.
