For years I have been buying the 120 pill count "Advanced" Osteo-Bi Flex with Vitamin D (UPC 30768 19608) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0055UFNQG?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details. The good: The Osteo Bi_Flex product that contains Boswella generally works, it reduces my incidents of back pain or wincing issues. I recently decided to go with this slightly different Osteo-Bi Flex formulation (UPC 30768 67232 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079ZXKQ8Q?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details ) WHY? 1. It has 300% more MSM/Chondroitin which could help with joint issues. 2. The 200 Count bottle of Osteo costs 9 cents less per pill. 2. While the 200 Count bottle (UPC 30768 67232) doesn't have any Vitamin D3,... Vitamin D3 as a separate obtainable vitamin supplement is well established and dirt cheap -- and besides -- the spring/summer sunny weather seasons are coming on. 3. It has 60mg of Vitamin C as a "gimme" but that fact didn't influence my purchase decision either way. FACTOR: I get most of my Vitamins (B, C and D and minerals) from a separate once a day type multi-vitamin that I take. ONE POSSIBLE SIGNIFICANT DRAWBACK: It's a Horsepill. A ** LARGE ** pill. I mean, looking at it visually, the UPC 30768 67232 (200 count with 1103mg Chondroitin/MSM) is at least 50% larger in size than the Osteo that has 275mg Chondroitin/MSM in it. ADVICE: For people who are petite, have small throats, or dysphagia (swallowing) / gag reflex issues this larger pill may not be a good choice. For me, taking the pill with banana smoothie or yogurt help me swallow it. This is a personal thing. Some will be able to work around / tolerate the larger Osteo pill size and possibly gain benefits from the extra Chondroitin/MSM. Some will want to stick to the smaller pill size/formulation. YMMV (Your Mileage Will Vary) NOTE: Osteo Bi-Flex comes in many configurations. I am only listing 2 of them. Thanks!

I have used Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength with Joint Sheild for several years. It has eased the creaky old joints. I have tried other brands and none works well as these!
