Unisex Cool Vent Baseball Cap

Perfect baseball cap for anyone required to wear a ball cap in a hot environment; such as in a kitchen, a summer's day, or in a kitchen on a summer's day. The mesh material is extremely breathable and the cuff which touches the head at the base of the hat is of a sweatband material to catch any moisture which may be perspiring from your noggin. I had three feet of hair when I had to wear this thing for work, and it was amazing. I've since shaved my head, and it's now a bit too cold for my head, but I don't have to wear a hat at work anymore anyway since I don't have any hair. Score one for loopholes!

I bought this hat for use while grilling at farmer's markets, where I am outside for five hours at a time. The first thing I noticed when I put it on, was the great fit and feel. The material is soft and super breathable. Being in the heat for hours, my head stayed much cooler than using a regular ball cap and did not create any odd pressure points on my forehead. Ball caps typically look a little odd on me (in my opinion at least), but this one actually looked great and natural. Easily adjustable strap works great as well. To top it off, the price was great (below $15 at the time). I highly recommend especially for people working food trucks, etc.

The exact same hat (minus the logo) of many restaurants And institutions. Purchased a total of 5 so my son can leave one in each car, locker at work and backpack. He said it isn’t hot to wear. Easily adjustable to sizing. Excellent price on Amazon.

So far, I'm quite satisfied with my purchase; this hat fits comfortably, keeps my head cooler and feels fairly study. However, I was somewhat disappointed to find that the tag says to wash by hand despite the product description saying it's machine-washable, which is something I was specifically searching for.

This is maybe the 2nd or 3rd review I've written, and I like it so much I felt compelled to... I've worked in every type of restaurant, from giant resort kitchens with tons of air flow to small kitchens with broken hoods. I've worked places were after a day or so you will get a visible salt line on your hat from the sweat, but this hat fixed that. The mesh is open enough to let you cool off, but closed enough to keep hair and sweat from leaving. Even when I shaved my head for the summer, the inner band kept the sweat from dripping off my head. I'm not joking that I like this hat so much, I got a few for when I go hiking and fishing. Looks good, feels good, fits good, and I wear one almost every day now.

Nice cap, good price, good fit. Not cool vent - keeps your head warm. Do not wear it in hot places! I made the mistake thinking that a cook's cap would be super vented. Not a summer hat

I needed a hat to help out at my friends Pizza place. I dreaded getting one since all I could picture is sweat dripping off the rim and then being all salt stained. NOT THE CASE WITH THIS HAT! When I’m working at pouring sweat over scalding hot water I am soaked to the bone and this hat somehow stays dry and comfy. I was going to buy two of them but after a few weeks it still looks new and not stained by sweat or splashing food that was wiped off it. This is your hat no mater what you wanna do! Update: This red trim hat was for my nephew and a month earlier I purchased the grey one for myself, so many months later and wearing almost daily with an occasional brush and never really washed it still looks and feels great. The hat was great in the kitchen at a busy pizza place and then during the winter at my regular job the wear comfort and Look! are amazing for the price. I say again this is your hat.

I love wearing a black hat and I've done so for over 10 years. I found these to be the best black hats available, as it is very nice that they are ventilated but you can't tell that they're ventilated from a distance. My only one complaint is that the strap on the back will rip overtime, but this is generally after 2 to 3 years and that's not a big deal given the low cost. I'm hopeful that they will not discontinue this item as I really like it and would recommend it to anyone who needs a black black hat. One note is that some of the different colors are not ventilated, so it's important that you zoom in to see if you were getting a ventilated version or if you were not.

Great caps for wearing in a busy kitchen. Mesh design means they should keep me a bit cooler than a standard cap. Plenty of adjustment to get a good fit.
